Another return to the Monteverdi Festival is that of Jordi Savall with Hèsperion XXI, an ensemble founded in 1974 with the aim of recovering and spreading the musical heritage of Mediterranean Europe from antiquity to the eighteenth century. The concert, proposed by Maestro Savall, will be a new stage on his endless boundless journey towards musical wonders left in obscurity or indifference, to discover a precious and engaging repertoire.
